Harborline Tycoon puts you in charge of a growing harbour. You schedule ships, expand docks, and keep cargo flowing without letting queues pile up. It scratches the optimisation itch nicely.

The pace is gentle, and there's no pressure to spend anything to progress — time and planning do the work. Watching your little port grow from one dock to a busy hub is genuinely satisfying.

It can drift into idle-game territory if you let it, with long waits between milestones. For a laid-back management sim, though, it's well made.
